New Era Community Health Center, LLC focuses on improving the well-being of the community we serve by providing quality, accessible, cost-effective, and patient-centered care to individuals who reside in the Homestead-Florida City area, Southwest of Miami, Cutler Ridge, Redland, Leisure City, Naranja, and Princeton areas in Miami Dade County, and Key Largo area in Monroe County.

- Supervision of self-administration of medication
- Daily Housekeeping, laundry & linen services

- Daily resident checks, bed-making & trash removal
- Scheduled transportation for medical. dental, nursing or mental health services

Meals will be served in our Restaurant Style Dining Room
- Meal preparation, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner, daily.
- A variety of regular meals
- Therapeutic diets as ordered by the resident’s health care provider.
- All regular and therapeutic menus are reviewed annually by a licensed registered dietitian.
