The price can vary depending on room style and how much help is needed throughout the day. The monthly Fee shall be due on the first of each Month. 

New Era Community Health Center accepts LTC Medicaid for long-term care Services. Therefore, residents and/or representatives are responsible for the room and board portion of assisting living costs.

 New Era Community Health Center, LLC is an assisted living facility (ALF) with a Limited Mental Health license (LMH) and authorized to operate at a total capacity of two hundred (200). 

New Era Community Health Center, LLC focuses on providing exceptional care to our residents in a safe and supportive environment, thus enabling each resident to be more carefree while having the exposure to learn effective life skills to engage in social and recreational activities/ events in the community.
